The Wealthy Woman CEO Conference – Delegate Terms and Conditions
Event Dates: March 19th & 20th, 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to all delegates attending The Wealthy Woman CEO Conference (“the Event”) hosted by Wealthy Woman Events and Retreats Ltd.

1. Ticket Purchase

  • By purchasing a ticket to the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • All tickets must be purchased through the official channels provided by the Event organiser.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or travel disruptions.

3. Ticket Transfers

  • Tickets are transferrable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another delegate.

  • To transfer a ticket, you must notify the event organiser in writing via email no later than March 1st, 2026, including the full name and contact information of the new attendee.

  • Ticket transfers after this date may not be guaranteed.

4. Event Schedule and Changes

  • The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue as necessary. Any such changes will be communicated in advance where possible.

5. Code of Conduct

  • This event is a professional and supportive environment for women in business. All delegates are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

6. Photography and Media

  • The Event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to your image being used in promotional materials, including social media, website, and future marketing.

  • If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the organiser prior to the event.

7. Liability

  • The organiser accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property while attending the event.

  • Delegates are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
